Major Repairs to Helicopters
Helicopter Service Company repairs helicopters from Russian Helicopters facilities, including at Novosibirsk Aircraft Repair Plant, a subsidiary of Helicopter Service Company that has established itself as one of the leading companies in the industry. The capabilities of our partner companies mean helicopters can be repaired both at our proprietary repair centres and onsite with the customer.
Major Repairs to Propulsion Systems
Helicopter Service Company can provide repair services on engines, main gearboxes and auxiliary power units at our subsidiary, Ural Works of Civil Aviation, as well as at the following enterprises: OOO United Engine Corporation, Klimov, Reductor-PM and Krasny Oktyabr.
Helicopter Service Company repairs foreign-manufactured engines (Rolls-Royce, Turbomeca, Pratt & Whitney), modules and accessories of these engines, as well as complete imported helicopters. Repairs are conducted by service centres authorised by the engine manufacturers.
Major and Local Repairs to Accessories and Avionics
Helicopter Service Company provides high-quality overhaul and maintenance of helicopter system accessories to strict deadlines. Repairs are performed either by aviation repair plants or at the accessory producers’ plants. Given that there are currently hundreds of helicopter manufacturers, this “one stop shop” relieves operators of the burden of negotiating with multiple contractors.
General servicing allows customers to significantly reduce costs to repair units and accessories. In contrast to major repairs, the operator bears only the costs of diagnosis and correction of specific problems.
