Helicopter Service Group’s integrated information system continues to be developed and will ultimately unite all the enterprises within the industry into a single information space.
The system enables authorised partners of Helicopter Service Company to access a database of spare parts and materials, operational documentation, and an illustrated catalogue of products. The partner portal provides the ability to post requests for ATI purchases or a particular type of work (e.g., major repairs, prolongations, certificate updates, etc.). The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides real-time status tracking of the application and monitoring of contract fulfilment.
