Dmitry Petrov
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Petrov was appointed CEO of Russian Helicopters in September 2010 and in January 2011 he was also appointed to the Russian Helicopters Board of Directors.

Since 1993 Mr. Petrov has had substantial experience working both in financial services as well as in industry. From 1993 to 2002, he worked at financial institutions such as East Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank Ergobank, Commercial Incor-Bank, Guta-Bank and Federal Industrial Bank. From 2002 to 2003 he served as Managing Director of ZGG-Zarubezhgas and as adviser to the General Director of Gazexport. From 2003 to 2006 he was member of the Management Board at the oil & gas company ITERA. From 2007 until his appointment to Russian Helicopters Mr. Petrov served as Deputy General Director of Oboronprom.

Mr. Petrov graduated from the A. F. Mozhaysky Military Engineering Institute with a degree in electronic facilities in 1989. He was born in 1967.

Igor Pshenichny
Deputy CEO, Marketing and Sales

Mr. Pshenichny has been the Deputy CEO for Marketing and Sales at Russian Helicopters since February 2008.

From 2004 to 2008, he served as Deputy General Director and then General Director of Kamov Holding. Prior to that, Mr. Pshenichny was the President of the Russian-American Institute for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies from 2003 to 2004.

Mr. Pshenichny graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1983, and in 2002 he graduated from the Institute of Business and Business Administration of the Academy of National Economy of the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in economics and finance. Mr. Pshenichny was born in 1959.

Andrey Shibitov
Deputy CEO, Research and Technology Policy and Production

Mr. Shibitov has held the position of Deputy CEO for Research and Technology Policy and Production at Russian Helicopters since September 2010.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Shibitov was the Deputy CEO for Marketing and Export Sales at Rostvertol from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008 he served as General Director of the Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, and from 2007 to 2010 Mr. Shibitov was General Director of Russian Helicopters. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Shibitov graduated from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute with a degree in aircraft construction in 1988. He was born in1961.

Sergey Yarkovoy
Deputy CEO, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Yarkovoy was appointed Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Russian Helicopters in February 2008.

From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Yarkovoy served as Chairman of the Corporate Finance and Asset Management Department of Oboronprom. In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Director for Procurement and Sales of the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress. Prior to that Mr. Yarkovoy served as an advisor on financial issues to the Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of the Turayevo Machine-Building Design Bureau Soyuz.

Mr. Yarkovoy graduated from the Moscow Physics and Technology Institute of Applied Mathematics and Economics with a degree in applied mathematics and physics in 1999. He was born in 1976.

Sergey Ostapenko
Sales Director

Mr. Ostapenko was appointed Sales Director of Russian Helicopters in February 2008.

Prior to joining Russian Helicopters, Mr. Ostapenko was Head of the Foreign Economic Affairs Department at Oboronprom. And from 2001 to 2007, he held various positions at Rosoboronexport.

Mr. Ostapenko graduated from the Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in aeronautic instrument making in 1974, and in 1994 he graduated from the All-Union Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in international economic relations. He was born in 1951.

Vladimir Makareykin
Director for Strategic Planning and Government Programmes

Mr. Makareykin joined Russian Helicopters in 2007 as Director for Strategic Planning and Government Programmes.

From 2004 to 2007 he was Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance and Development at the Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant. Before that he served as an adviser to the General Director of Oboronprom from 2003 to 2004.

He graduated from the S. Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in engineering and mechanics in 1979. Mr. Makareykin was born in 1956.

Vladimir Borodulin
Security Director
Mr. Borodulin is holding the position of Security Director of Russian Helicopters, JSC since September 2010.

Before joining Russian Helicopters, JSC he worked in different companies in the field of business security assurance, including the position of General Director in a private security firm Nornik, the position of a Counsel to the Directorate for Resources Protection in a branch of Rusal Global Management B.V. and the position of Head of Security in United Engine Corporation, Ltd.

From 1991 to 2003 he served in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Borodulin was born in 1966, in 1988 he graduated from the Voronezh Higher Military Engineering University for Radio Electronics with a degree in radioelectronic equipment. In 1992 he completed a higher postgraduate degree on military counterintelligence at the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
