Mr. Reus was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters in August 2011.
Mr. Reus is the General Director of Oboronprom and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters since 2010.
Mr. Reus has been General Director of Oboronprom since 2007. Before this he was Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation from 2004. He has held other high-level governmental positions including Head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Prime Minister as well as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister. He also worked as the Deputy Head of the Inter-budgetary Relations Department of the Ministry of Finance. From 1994 to 1998 he served as Financial Director of the Tolyatti International Academy of Business and Banking. And he began his career in 1983 at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant.
Mr. Reus graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in political economy in 1983. He earned a postgraduate degree in economics in 1997, and in 2008 he received a doctorate in economics from the Samara State Academy of Economics. He was born in 1960.
Mr. Mikheev is Deputy General Director of Rosoboronexport and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters since 2008.
Mr. Mikheev has been at Rosoboronexport since 2001. In addition to his position as Deputy General Director, he has also served as Head of the Export and Air Force Services Department of Rosoboronexport.
Mr. Mikheev graduated from the Moscow Institute for Civil Aviation Engineers with a degree in operation of aircrafts in 1985, and completed his postgraduate studies at the General Staff Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2005 with a degree in economics. He was born in 1961.
Mr. Lelikov has been First Deputy General Director of Oboronprom since 2004, and in 2008 he joined the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters.
Prior to joining Oboronprom, he was Chairman of the Management Board of International Commercial Bank from 2001 to 2004. Before this he served as Chairman of the Management Board of the ORGRES-BANK from 1999 to 2001, and in 2001 Mr. Lelikov served as advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Tempbank.
Mr. Lelikov graduated from the State Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance in 1992, and he completed his postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in 1994 with a degree in economics. He was born in 1968.
Mr. Petrov was appointed CEO of Russian Helicopters in September 2010 and in January 2011 he was also appointed to the Russian Helicopters Board of Directors.
Since 1993 Mr. Petrov has had substantial experience working both in financial services as well as in industry. From 1993 to 2002, he worked at financial institutions such as East Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank Ergobank, Commercial Incor-Bank, Guta-Bank and Federal Industrial Bank. From 2002 to 2003 he served as Managing Director of ZGG-Zarubezhgas and as adviser to the General Director of Gazexport. From 2003 to 2006 he was member of the Management Board at the oil & gas company ITERA. From 2007 until his appointment to Russian Helicopters Mr. Petrov served as Deputy General Director of Oboronprom.
Mr. Petrov graduated from the A. F. Mozhaysky Military Engineering Institute with a degree in electronic facilities in 1989. He was born in 1967.
Mr. Osin is Deputy General Director of Oboronprom for Legal and Corporate Matters and was appointed to the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters in 2011.
Since 2003, Mr. Osin has held various senior positions at Oboronprom. From 2003 to 2009 he was the head of the legal department and in November 2009 he was promoted to Deputy General Director for Legal and Corporate Matters of Oboronprom. Before joining Oboronprom, Mr. Osin worked for White & Case in Moscow.
Mr. Osin graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Law. In 2003, he earned a postgraduate degree in management of state-owned entities. Mr. Osin was born in 1978.
Mr. Kolodyazhny, Managing Director of the United Engine Corporation since 2010, has been a member of the Board of Directors at Russian Helicopters since 2011.
Before arriving at United Engine Corporation, Mr. Kolodyazhny was Director of Strategic Development and Marketing at the GAZ Group (2006–2010) and before that Director of Development at the tractor-building facility at AgroTechMash (2004–2006) in the Kirovsky Zavod Group. He was Chief Project Engineer at the representative office of Eisenmann Russia Centre, part of Eisenmann Maschinenbau KG, Böblingen, Germany.
Mr. Kolodyazhny was born in 1972. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering faculty at St. Petersburg State Technical University with specialisations in «Automation of Technological Processes and Production» and «Metal Forming Machines and Technologies.»
Mr. Khemka was appointed to the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters in 2011.
Shiv Vikram Khemka is Vice Chairman and Founder of SUN Group, a private investment group active in several emerging markets around the world. Mr. Khemka has over 20 years of investment and business experience principally focused on Russia, Latin America and India. Based in Moscow since 1990, Mr. Khemka has been leading SUN’s business and investments in Russia.
Mr. Khemka was elected a Global Leader for Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 1997. He is a Member of the Visiting Committee of the Davis Center for Russian Studies at Harvard University and serves on the Corporate Governance Committee of the World Economic Forum. He is also one of the founding partners and a member of the Council of the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.
Mr. Khemka received a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Wharton Business School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He was born in 1962.
Mr. Béchat was appointed to the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters in 2011.
After serving for four years as Chairman of French aerospace industries association GIFAS, Jean-Paul Béchat was elected Honorary Chairman in 2001. He has also been an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of ALSTOM since 2001, and has been an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Atos Origin since 2009.
In 1965, Jean-Paul Béchat started his career at Snecma. From 1996 to 2005, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Later, when the group evolved as Safran he became Chairman of the Management Board until 2007. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a member of the French Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics and also a member of the International Academy of Astronautics.
Jean-Paul Béchat is a graduate of École Polytechnique de Paris and has a Masters of Science from Stanford University. He was born in 1942.
Mr. Picard was appointed to the Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters in 2011.
Mr. Picard is currently acting as an independent aerospace and defence advisor after more than 25 years in the industry. From 1998 to 2010 he worked at the Thales Group as Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Development.
From 1985 to 1998 he held various positions in Thomson-CSF (later renamed Thales Group), including General Manager of the “mobile subscriber equipment” programme for the US Army, head of the Defence Communication Group and Vice President and General Manager of the Detection and Missile Systems Group. From 1982 to 1985 he was Department Manager and then General Manager of the Business Communication Division at Alcatel Group.
From 1970 to 1981, Mr. Picard served as an adviser and member of Staff for several French ministers.
Jean-Loup Picard has a degree from the Ecole Polytechnique University in 1966. He was born in 1945.
Mr. Kolodyazhny has been Managing Director of the United Engine Corporation since September 2010. Mr. Kolodyazhny was Project Director and Director of Strategic Development and Marketing at the GAZ Group in 2006-2010.
